Tax Exempt Company

A particular form of company that is designed for companies and individuals who are foreign to the jurisdiction in which it is registered.

Tax exempt companies provide a maximum of privacy, combined with comprehensive freedoms from local taxation. The company pays a fixed annual fee to exempt the company from further tax liabilities in the jurisdiction in which it is registered. It must also pay annual domicillary fees (service provider's fees) and filing fees (governmental fees) in order to remain registered.
