Anonymous Foundation

Also known as a Private Interest Foundation.

A type of foundation whose beneficiaries are not revealed to the public (i.e. are held in secret). In such a foundation, council members and nominees may not know each other. The founder can even instruct the firm to share the true identify of the person who formed the foundation.

Anonymous foundations can (although don't have to) have protectors and some foundations may also have special instructions that would deal with their assets.
